- 3% Caustic Cleaning Solution Ratio / Consistent with State Brewery Recommendations
- Provide and maintain a complete service record on your premises as required by law
- Thoroughly clean all Tap Handles
- Clean and Sanitize Towers / Shanks
- Keg couplers tavern heads brushed and soaked every visit
- Monitor cooler and pour temperature during every visit
- Review and recommend any replacement parts that may be needed
- Provide regular inspections of faucets, keg couplers, draft towers, Co2 Systems, glycol systems
- Quarterly acid renewal cleaning
- Annual Dismantle, Cleaning, Repairs and re-assembly of FOB Systems.
